Activity Director, full time The Little Sisters of the Poor at St. Martin’s Home in Catonsville, MD are currently searching for an Activities Director who is “hands-on” and professionally seasoned to lead our programs. We are blessed with 80 residents (42 whom reside in our LTC community) so our Activity Director must be personally involved in the production and execution of the Home activity program. (We have a FT activity assistant who is involved and are contemplating adding a PT evening person to round out the team). Ideal candidates will have attained professional certification, have at least 3 years experience in planning and leading activities in a LTC environment, possess solid evaluation and documentation skills, and have a sincere desire to engage residents, families, employees and volunteers in a vibrant and sustainable activities program.
